Non condivido l'idea di citta che viene espressa sia pure emozionalmente da A.N. Io credo che la citt� sia una cosa seria ma non una realt� tragica. Una cosa seria che deve, ha bisogno di un rapporto serio sia da parte delle Amministrazioni che le governano e sia da parte degli architetti che dei cittadini i quali devono essere propositivi e attenti. Non ci sono ragioni traverse, se il cittadino � distratto viene fagocitato dalla politica e dalle affabulazioni di intellettuali che finiscono per essere i veicolatori delle astrusit� attraverso il loro ascendente. La citt� pu� essere percorsa con attenzione e capita in ogni sua parte e in ogni sua parte migliorata ed evoluta, resa sicura e vivibile. Occorre riversare attenzione tenace sul controllo della citt�. La citt� impoverisce quando la si usa ottusamente favorendo politiche sbagliate. L'unica politica ammissibile � quella della cura reale e dell'attenzione ai problemi dei cittadini che una volta educati al dialogo e al rapporto con l�amministrazione capiranno ogni problema e ogni necessit� di nuovo. Non bisogna annullare i luoghi della citt�, quelli che sono il riferimento dei cittadini. Sprattutto bisogna saper progettare i nuovi luoghi e che non siano imposizioni linguistiche e astruse come st� accadendo troppo spesso con il nuovo deteriore eclettismo di derivazione stararchitet... La presunzione dei sindaci e di pochi intellettuali non deve essere ciecamente accettata. La citt� pu� essere migliorata. Le periferie possono essere migliorate. Il centro storico pu� essere mantenuto in equilibrio tra nuove esigenze e conservazione .

Bisogna dotarsi degli strumenti nuovi e idonei al controllo della citt� e di dotarli di professionalit� capaci adeguatamente remunerate.

La citt� � un grande realt� che soffre l�incapacit� di un controllo adeguato alla sua realt� odierna e non � recepita nella sua caratteristica di essere formata da una serie di di luoghi interessanti, nella sua continuit� di spazi aperti continuamente interrotta e violata, al suo interno come in rapporto al suo territorio�Deve ritornare ad essere considerata come un grande luogo identitario di vita.

ci� che serve alla vita. Direi che non ci sono gusti o tendenze specifiche o partico

lari per arrivare alla bellezza in architettura ma un grande impegno organico a commisurare la realt�, a capirla, ad interpretarla con amore verso l'uomo. Questa idea vale anche in urbanistica, nella citt� e nel rapporto uomo ambiente uomo natura. E' la ricerca di una condizione morale culturale e spirituale che situa l'uomo in posizioni di equilibrio e di sicurezza rispetto alla vita e rispetto al suo presente e al suo futuro. In che altro modo pu� un architetto serio interpretare il discorso sulla bellezza? L�arte confluisce nell�architettura ma non � architettura e qualche cosa di pi� e arriva concretamente a far vivere l�uomo. La bellezz� potr� salvare la citt�, la sua storia, la sua architettura, l'ambiente dell'uomo e l�uomo se si interpreta nella comprensione della misura, dell'equilibrio, della sua maturit� a vivere e rispettare armonicamente quella meravigliosa manifestazione formale e spirituale che � l'avventura della vita.

La signora che interviene lancia una idea interessante nel dibattito. La selezione biolo

gica indica progettualmente una idea di selezione che � nella ricerca architettonica. La ricerca della forma che funzioni nel senso di aderire alle istanze dell'uomo e dell'ambiente in cui vive, ammette una trasformazione in evoluzione-trasformazione da una idea all'altra, da una forma all'altra...alla ricerca di quella ottimale, di quella che consente la qualit� o la risposta alla vita... direi. Togliendo il principio di morte e di sacrificio cui si riferiva la signora che ha posto il discorso. Principio di sacrificio che si afferma in architettura quando il processo evlutivo del progetto non � condotto al suo vero scopo. La citt� � piena di scopi falliti. Di esempi costruiti che non producono qualit� e anzi degrado e forme di vita non accettabili. Ma non � neppure priva di quei luoghi che sono spazio protetto e libero cio� architettura... Questa la mia breve opinione su quelle brevissime parole sentite nel filmato...

L'architettura organica per essere mediamente di qualit� deve avere qualche cosa in cui l'uomo si riconosca nella sua solitudine, nella sua singolarit� che deve essere espressa per essere patrimonio comune. Deve potersi riconoscere nello spazio della citt�...In questo senso vita e logica sono e possono diventare organismo di protezione architettonica utile anche spiritualmente per l'uomo. E' bello vedere come sia trasversale il sapere e come da un semplice tentativo di riflessione sulla storia e sull'architettura si aprano discussioni che si muovono con disinvoltura fra politica, sociologia, psicologia delle multiple personalit� e bon ton.

il convegno mi ha molto interessato e, secondo me, ha messo in

evidenza quanto sia ancora acceso il dibattito tra le diverse

correnti di pensiero. Contemporaneamente, ascoltate le opinioni

degli studenti, mi rendo conto di come questa opposizione "muro

contro muro" non sia pi� percepita come attuale.

Ho visto i volti e ascoltato le voci dei relatori in queste vostre riprese. Certo se l'inco

mento e io la trovo anche diseducativa, detta come a fatto Purini a degli studenti. Farebbe bene a fare qualche esame di coscienza su certe progettazioni anche sue. Non concordo minimamente! Ho poi sentito parlare il Di Giacomo sulla bellezza e mi dispiace per lui, ma anche per glistudenti, se non sa quale bellezza oggi potrebbe salvare il mondo o comunque farci avere architetture migliori, sculture migliori, un migliore rapporto tra uomini, con l'ambiente della nostra vita e con la nostra stessa vita. Devo dire che l'iniziativa � interessante e deve senza dubbio andare avanti. Si tratta di dare agli studenti una possibilit� in pi� per entrare dentro alla materia e conoscere

la consistenza del panorama della scuola italiana di architettura...pregi e lati critici. Anche per entrare nella societ� naturalmente con maggior consapevolezza...ma bisogna avere il coraggio di scavare dentro alle esperienze dei relatori senza timori

revenrenziali e naturalmente con rispetto della personale esperienza. In architettura le cose non sono cos� facili come talvolta pu� aparire... Quando si presenta un progetto bisogna far emergere il senso del valore raggiunto, far entrare accadimenti con il senso della operazione sostenuta...Non bisogna fermarsi alla esteriorit�...Alla eleganza del caso esposto. Spesso si dicono cose e poi ne tacciono altre che magari sono la chiave vera, quella che permette di disvelare, entrare dentro per crescere, per capire che cosa c � dentro al progetto e alla sua ragione. Tutto ci� ammette un certo coraggio e una certa maniera di comportamento che spesso non � consentito per atteggiamenti troppo calati e pervasi nel formalismo.

Trovo che tutto ci� che si rivolge ai giovani che studiano debba essere mantenuto e offrire possibilit� di crescita in un dibattere istruttivo che possa trasmettere l'esperienza di chi vive il mondo della professione pi� che della scuola... a cui deve essere dato comunque il suo spazio. Credo sia naturale complimentarsi con le vostre iniziative che sono occasioni di dibattito e di riflessione sull'ambito dell'architettura oggi e utilissime per chi studia in una facolt� di architettura. Ho sempre ritenuto che la scuola debba far riflettere i suoi studenti oltre che farli studiare bene. Cosa che non riesce particolarmente bene vuoi per il narcisismo e per chi strumentalizza la propria posizione per fare una retorica che finisce poi per incidere insensibilmente nella formazione dei giovani architetti. A questi incontri l'unica cosa che posso dire � che stimolerei gli studenti ad avere un atteggiamento pi� coraggioso verso gli interlocutori, non perch� non lo sia stato a sufficienza ma soprattutto per stimolarli ad entrare pi� profondamente nei problemi.

In fondo oggi viviamo un rapporto problematico e complesso con la tecnologia e la citt� che oggi tende ad appartenere sempre di meno ai cittadini. L'architetto ha ancora oggi una missione civile da svolgere nella societ�? PER IL RESTO COMPLIMENTI!
